Based upon the quote above, 39 percent of home sellers were less than satisfied with the selling process. That’s a lot of people! As a Realtor in Sanpete County, I personally strive for a much higher satisfaction rate.
Much of the dissatisfaction from sellers often comes from lack of information and lack of explanation on how to properly sell their home. This seems crazy to me. Educated sellers make my job easier.
